Articulation

45° and 90°

The jaw articulates to 45° and to 90°, for approaches a straight shaft cannot make.

Handle

Improved handle design

Improved force-to-fire, with everything the hand needs to reach kept on the top and rear of the handle.

  • Staple line indicator — the window on the handle is marked 30, 45 and 60, so the loaded reload length reads at a glance.
  • Push before firing — the green safety sits above the trigger and is pressed before the firing stroke.
  • Pull to open — the knob at the rear of the handle opens the jaw.
  • Rotating shaft — the knob behind the housing turns the shaft to bring the jaw onto the tissue plane.

From segmented indication to continuous insight. The load is drawn as it happens, on the handle, in the surgeon's line of sight.

Ultraflex™ 90

Extending access where it matters most

Conventional staplers are limited to 45°–55° articulation, which restricts access in confined anatomy. Ultraflex 90 reaches past that limit, enabling precise horizontal and lower distal transection.

Direction-True articulation

Turning right articulates right at any rotation of the shaft — no re-mapping, one-handed.
