The jaw articulates to 45° and to 90°, for approaches a straight shaft cannot make.

Handle
Improved handle design
Improved force-to-fire, with everything the hand needs to reach kept on the top and rear of the handle.
- Staple line indicator — the window on the handle is marked 30, 45 and 60, so the loaded reload length reads at a glance.
- Push before firing — the green safety sits above the trigger and is pressed before the firing stroke.
- Pull to open — the knob at the rear of the handle opens the jaw.
- Rotating shaft — the knob behind the housing turns the shaft to bring the jaw onto the tissue plane.
