The Hyfrecator 2000 is a multi-function electrosurgical generator with monopolar and bipolar modes, self-diagnostics, and recall of stored power settings. Once installed, physicians will experience ease of use, precise tissue therapy, and years of safe and reliable operation for office-based procedures. The Hyfrecator features a high output port for heavy desiccation and fulguration procedures that require high intensity, and a low output port for light desiccation and fulguration procedures requiring low intensity and increased precision. The independent outputs produce two different therapeutic effects, thus gaining better control of the desired clinical outcome. Fine control down to 1/10th of a watt when using LO, and longer broader arcs of current using HI.
Hyfrecator2000 has two microprocessors. One microprocessor controls the output and functionality of the system, while the second miniprocessor monitors the system and terminates activation if a security risk is detected. This results in a controlled current output, while simultaneously ensuring safe operation.
Available accessories include a mobile stand, a hand or foot-activated autoclavable pencils, and sterile pencil sheaths. Hyfrecator bipolar forceps produce precise, controlled therapeutic effect.
Electrolase Disposable Electrodes are available with sharp tips for pinpoint precision and blunt tips for general coagulation. A variety of reusable electrodes are available.
